#92: Friends, don't sell yourself short. You might have more foreign policy credentials than you realize!


I, for one, by virtue of having been born in the bustling town of McAllen, Texas, just a short swim away from the nation of Mexico, am therefore an expert in Latin-American studies, speak fluent Spanish, can do a heart-stopping Mexican hat dance (those of us born on the border call it the "Jarabe Tapatío"), and make one hell of a chicken mole.
