That's why they call it "ultra quiet," girlie. That's why your dumbass boyfriend whom you can't stop talking to isn't supposed to be answering that no doubt really important phone call on his cell right now. If you want to make noise, go upstairs to what USED to be the regular quiet room known as a library, but which no longer is because people like you can't keep their holes shut for more than four minutes at a time.
