#97: AIG, don't hesitate to give us a Hot Carl while you're at it

Upon re-reading about how AIG executives jetted off to a luxury resort and blew $400,000 on some undeserved R&R on our nickel, I'm wondering if we haven't already gotten our Hot Carls - and if we'll keep on getting them.
